John M. Gaudagnin, chef and proprietor very fine French Restaurant. Sweetbreads are the best I have ever tasted; soup is excellent. These two dishes I used to rate restaurants. Although I was here only once, Steve Gabriel and I had great wine, great food, terrific service while attending an equipment leasing seminar.
