This winery has really gotten it together. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and I can't tell you enough about the great wine that is produced here I have joined both the Case Club and California Club.

This winery has changed hands a few times, most recently purchased by Beringer Winery Estates. The Orropas is one of the first "blends" of red wine to become popular. It has become a collector's bottle in Japan. To learn more about this wine, I suggest a visit, or even better yet, join one or two of their three wine clubs: Sampler Club, Case Club and/or California Club.

I don't think you will be disappointed as the grapes are great and the wine making is top notch despite who the board of directors may be (Beringer will be a plus, in my book, and look for even better things from this winery operation ).
