I have learned -

that you cannot make someone love you.

All you can do is be someone who can be loved.

The rest is up to them.

   ( this applies to "mates" as well as "your children."

I have definitely learned -

that it is not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts.

I learned early -

that you can keep going long after you think you cannot.

I have learned the hard way -

that we are responsible for what we do, no matter how we feel.

While it may sound trite, but it is very difficult to do

all the time---either you control your attitude or it controls you.

and one of the best definition of my best friend, we can do anything or

nothing and have the best time.

God grant me the courage to change the things I can change and the wisdom

to know the difference.
